Global Crew Profiles.
One profile. Every vessel. For life.
Crew own their profile and carry it from boat to boat. A vessel links to it with a Crew Code the crew member hands over themselves — no retyping, no stale copies, no passports in a group chat.
Crew own the profile.
Vessels borrow what they need.
Everything personal
- Passport, visas and travel documents
- Certificates and medicals
- Next of kin and emergency contacts
- Bank and payroll details
- Sea-time history across every vessel
The vessel sees what it needs to run the boat — for exactly as long as the crew member is on the roster.
Identity, documents and expiry dates flow into the rotation, cabins, certificates and muster. Who sees what is decided per department, not per spreadsheet.
The basics, nothing more
- Name, role and dates served
- Rest-hour records it must retain by law
- Handover notes written on board
- No passport scans, medicals or bank details
- No access to the profile going forward
The roster, filled from profiles
Every seat on the boat, A and B, with a real profile behind each name — or an empty seat you can see.

Out of band, by design
The Crew Code never travels inside the platform. Crew hand it over in person or by message — so nobody can browse, search or scrape profiles. A vessel can only request a profile it has been given the code for.
